Myanmar Private Hospitals' Association

Myanmar Private Hospitals’ Association (MPHA) was founded since 2012. Under the Board of Patrons, Union Minister, Ministry of Health, there are 15 Central Executive Committee members all over the country, 12 Executive Committee members in Upper Myanmar Private Hospitals’ Association and 18 Executive Committee members in Lower Myanmar Private Hospitals’ Association’s tasks force. There are currently one hundred and twenty five private hospitals in Myanmar who are members.

MPHA is a non-profit association that organizes private hospitals in Myanmar and provides service to member hospitals. MPHA aims to improve the quality of the private healthcare sector through standardization. By standardizing healthcare practices and equipment in private hospitals, patients are provided a higher quality of service and assurance of patient safety in healthcare.

Our Aims and Objectives are –

To raise the standard and prestige of private health care mpha-ano in accordance with the health policy of the State

To provide health care mpha-ano requirements of public more effectively by private sector

To raise the standard of health care mpha-ano activities by private hospitals with reciprocal unity

In carrying out the public health care for raising the standards to combine and work together with non-governmental organizations and news and periodical groups within the country and abroad.

To maintain and raise the standard of the private hospitals' conducting health care mpha-ano activities of Myanmar in the States and Regions
