Dr. Aye Aye San holds a degree of M.B., B.S from UM 2, Yangon, 1991 and MBA from YIE, 2010. She has joined Asia Royal Hospital from 2002 to 2009 and resigned as the position of GM.

Her 13 years of experience in private health care industry gave the enough strength to be a founder of chemotherapy day-care center in 2010, LEO Medical Assistant Services and Innovative Diagnostic (ID) laboratory Service in 2011. In 2012, she has been appointed as CEO of Victoria Hospital when Hospital has acquired MCOC and ID. She got certificate for Leadership in Health Care Management, University of Washington, 2015. She is a president of VHSF which endeavor CSR activities of an organization.

Dr. Kyu Kyu is current vice president of Myanmar private hospital association. She is the CEO of Nyein Hospital and City Hospital (Mandalay). She also practices part-time at City Hospital. Before being promoted to act as CEO in 2016, Dr. Kyu Kyu served as a medical advisor from 2009 and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2012. With her expertise as a specialist clinician, she has played an important role in the implementation of several Patient Safety initiatives. Both hospitals achieved ISO certification and continues to have yearly audit to maintain quality health care delivery.

After graduating from University of Medicine, Mandalay in 1993, Dr. Kyu Kyu had served as a public medical doctor in Myanmar. She obtained her post-graduate Master Degree in Internal Medicine at Yangon in 2001 as well as achieved MRCP membership in the UK in 2007. Following this, Dr. Kyu Kyu trained in Cardiology at National University Health System in Singapore. Her clinical experience, both domestic and overseas, have been a great resource in the stride towards high quality health care at Nyein and City Hospitals. For instance, City hospital is one of the firsts in the country to utilize Electronic Medical Records, which makes patient care more efficient, safe and comprehensive. The staffs, led by Dr. Kyu Kyu, are devoted to the health of the Burmese community and participate in many charities works and donations. Nyein Hospital was awarded second prize in Corporate Social Responsibility by the Ministry of Health and Sports (Myanmar).

Dr.Htin Paw is recently working as a CEO of Academy Hospital, Sakura Yangon Hospital and Sakura Hinthada Hospital which are three leading Hospitals in Myanmar. After he had graduated from Institute of Medicine (1), Yangon in 1986, he worked as a general practitioner from 1987 to 1989. Then he worked as an accident and emergency doctor in Taiwan from 1989 to 2000. In 2013, he received Diploma in SM from Maritine University. In addition, he is not only a MD of Medi Union Co; Ltd but also a President of SCHAN Co;Ltd. In 2012, he became Vice President of Myanmar Private Hospital Association and was promoted to President in April 25, 2015 till now.
