Emergency Medical Team Activities in Flood-Affected Areas

Since September 18, 2024, under the guidance of the Ministry of Health, member hospitals of the Myanmar Private Hospitals Association have been actively providing health care services to communities in flood-affected areas. The following hospitals have deployed emergency medical teams, comprised of doctors, nurses, and other health professionals:
- Tun Hospital (Taunggyi), Pan Haling Hospital (Taunggyi), Myat Taw Win Hospital (Taunggyi), SSC Hospital (Yangon), OSC Hospital (Yangon), Aryu International Hospital (Yangon) and Kwekabaw Hospital (Yangon) to Nyang Shwe and Kalaw Townships in Southern Shan State
- Mingalar Hospital, Nyein Hospital, City Hospital, Mandalar Hospital and Royal Rose Hospital to Tatkon Township in Nay Pyi Taw Region
- OSC Hospital to Bago Region, Taungoo District
These teams are dedicated to providing essential health care services to those impacted by the floods, ensuring the well-being of affected communities during this challenging time.
